Finally on the Road

We left Tuesday as planned. Got on the road about 1Pm. Took longer to load everything from the refrigerator and freezer than we thought. We did get most of the things in the RV. We made two or three trips through the house trying to be sure we didn't forget anything. We probably forgot something but haven't figured out what it is yet. We had so much room in the RV that we kept taking more things. We must have a dozen cords for all the electronics, cell phones, iPads, computers and the printer scanner. We got to our camp ground in Cocoa Florida about 5 PM. We had the RV all set up in record time, slides out, levelers down, water, sewer, electric and water hooked up. The dogs traveled very well. They both laid on their beds while driving. The camp ground is pretty empty but the people were very nice. They put us in a big pull through site. I drove the first half, through heavy rain and Judy drove the second half through the construction zone. Going to visit historical Cocoa Beach today. We were told they have an old fashion hardware store. I don't need anything but i'll probably find something. Well time for breakfast. Dick and Judy
